Food & Beverage
Johnny Rockets FDR
FDR will interact with customers by providing excellent customer service, prepare food products, re-stock shelves with items, maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards, and assist in all areas where needed. HS Diploma/GED required, some experience in fast food environment and cash handling preferred. This position is located at the Route 66 Casino Hotel.
Franchise Operations Manager (Open until filled)
Under supervision of the Chief of Food and Beverage, the incumbent is responsible for successful overall coordination, administration and direction of all Franchise Restaurant Operations and activities at the Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) properties and adhere to food standards control.
Club KXX Supervisor
Under supervision of the KXX Assistant Manager, the incumbent supervises, directs and/or performs activities designed to provide a clean and safe beverage and food area for patrons and casino employees.
Dining Room Supervisor
Under supervision of the Buffet 66 Manager, the incumbent supervises, directs and/or performs activities designed to provide a clean and safe beverage and food area for patrons and casino employees.
Cook
Under general supervision of the Kitchen Supervisor or the Lead Cook, the incumbent will assist in the preparation of menus, food set-up, service and line cooking. The incumbent will also perform activities in support of the Food and Beverage Department Rt. 66 Casino.
Food Server
Attend to restaurant patrons by greeting, receiving beverage and food orders, relays food orders to the kitchen and delivers completed orders to patrons. Assist patrons with all their dining needs. This position will be located at the Route 66 Casino.
Bartender
Under general supervision performs activities in support of the Beverage Service/Poker Room Bar/Theater within the casino operations. Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every customer that approaches the bar. Prepares and pours drinks for customers and cocktail servers.
Beverage Server
Under general supervision of the Assistant Beverage Manager, performs activities in support of the large beverage areas within the casino.
Dairy Queen Cashier/Food Prep
Under the supervision of the QSR Shift Manager, the incumbent independently performs a variety of duties in the food and beverage area to meet the profitable needs of the Franchisee by properly merchandising a high quality, consistent product to meet the retail customers’ needs. Incumbent will also be responsible to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
Utility Worker – Production Kitchen
Under the direct supervision of the Kitchen Supervisor, cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other service ware. Sets up, operates and cleans, dish machine or related equipment.
Heavy Duty Kitchen Cleaner – Production Kitchen
Supervision under the direction of Kitchen Chef and/or Kitchen Supervisor performs the duties necessary to provide a clean working environment. Perform the overall Sanitation and Heavy Duty Cleaning, functions and cleanliness of the Kitchen and related facilities, including heavy cleaning to Stoves, Ovens, coolers etc. in accordance with the management directives.
Cashier – Buffet 66
Independently performs a variety of duties and ensures a safe and efficient operation. To implement and carry out our mission statement and Core Values to all employees.
Hostess/Host – Buffet 66

Casino
Data Base Marketing Manager
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing this position is responsible for assisting in the planning and development of strategies and tactics and the implementation of database and direct mail marketing programs for Route 66 Casino Hotel and Dancing Eagle Casino. Provides reporting and analysis of direct mail, players club, slots and tables promotions and special events. The successful person in this position will rely on exceptional database mining and analytical skills and is a vital employee to the organization’s success in driving revenue, creating customer trial and generating customer loyalty. Work with company senior management in designing programs and promotions to support company profitability objectives.
Cage Cashier
Under direct supervision of Lead Cashier, incumbent will work with management to fulfill goals and objectives in the RT66 Casino. Works at all times to ensure a consistent and professional corporate image.
Slot Host
Under the supervision of the Slot Supervisor, under limited supervision, this individual will work with management to fulfill goals and objectives in the Slot Department. Works to ensure a consistent and professional corporate image. Provide excellent customer service and establish guest perception of the Slot Department as that of exceptional hospitality and friendliness. Count, verify and sign for banks issued. Assist in training new slot change personnel. Complete customer transactions and conversions of cash, chips and coin. Maintain strict adherence to Route 66 Casino System of Internal Controls. Responsible for maintaining necessary records, adhering to Title 31 procedures, credit cash pay outs on selected slot machines. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
Wardrobe Attendant (Part Time)
Under general supervision of the Wardrobe Manager will provide friendly and courteous customer service with a smile, at the Route 66 Casino. Assist all employees with essential information and related paperwork in providing wardrobe.
Surveillance Tech
Under the supervision of the Surveillance Site Manager, the incumbent will maintain the upkeep of all Surveillance electrical equipment and quickly report any equipment problems. High school diploma or GED certification. Technical Certificate in electronics, associates degree preferred. 2 years experience working with CCTV equipment. Perform preventative maintenance scheduled for the surveillance equipment according to policies and procedures of Laguna Development Corporation. Responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of Surveillance equipment. Aid in Surveillance equipment movement and additions. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned. Accomplishes all tasks as appropriate. Exhibit a strong motivational commitment to LDC and their policies, rules and guidelines. Must adhere to Departmental confidentiality requirements.
Slot Technician

Hotel
Housekeeper
Under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager and Leads, the Housekeeper is responsible for achieving and maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness in the hotel guest rooms and public areas. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cleaning hotel guest rooms and public areas, hotel hallways and storage rooms. The Housekeepers primary responsibility is to ensure that an exceptional level of cleanliness is achieved and maintained in all areas while ensuring efficiency, first class service and accommodations. Work to achieve exceptional guest service as the minimum standard. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Laguna Development’s policies and procedures, internal controls and objectives.
Bell/Valet Attendant
Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager and Bell Captain, the Bell/Valet Attendant is responsible for welcoming the guests and offers a wide variety of services to accommodate the guests including, but not limited to, providing guest information, valet parking and luggage transfer services while ensuring efficiency, first class service and accommodations. The Bell/Valet Attendant works to achieve exceptional guest service as the minimum standard. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Laguna Development’s policies and procedures, internal controls and objectives.
Laundry Attendant
Under the direction of the Laundry Supervisor and Laundry Lead, the Laundry Attendant is responsible for performing the daily responsibilities within the laundry department. Those duties include, but are not limited to, processing all soiled linens, including sorting, washing, drying and folding sheets, towels and other hotel linens as well as transporting linen to approved storage areas. The Laundry Attendants primary responsibility is to ensure that an exceptional level of cleanliness is achieved and maintained in all areas while ensuring efficiency, first class service and accommodations. Work to achieve exceptional guest service as the minimum standard. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Laguna Development’s policies and procedures, internal controls and objectives.
Retail
Gift Shop Manager and Retail Clerk
Under the direct supervision of the Retail Manager, the incumbent will independently perform a variety of duties in the store and will ensure a safe, clean and efficient operation. Responsible for providing excellent Customer Service, operating pos systems (cash registers), Responsible to perform all custodial duties. (Sweep and mop sales area, clean shelves, clean restrooms, empty trash, clean all gas and diesel pumps, pick up trash in parking lot, clean break room, clean all windows, clean showers, do store laundry.), Re-stock shelves as necessary Adhere to all safety guidelines. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

While performing the duties of most of these positions, employees are regularly required to stand for long periods of time on their feet, walk, use hands, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. These positions also require exposure to second hand smoke, dust or fumes, and illness such as influenza, dust, odors and elevated noise levels. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Adequate vision is required on most positions. Employees must be able to work flexible or odd hour work schedules, including evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
