The successful candidate will be working in Albuquerque’s newest entertainment and nightclub venue—the KXX Nightclub. KXX cocktail servers will be responsible for providing friendly, courteous and enthusiastic customer service in support of the food and beverage areas within KXX Nightclub and the Food & Beverage Department. KXX’s employees will be expected to maintain a professional attractive appearance in compliance with dress code and grooming expectations.
This position reports to the Club KXX Supervisor. Attends to Club patrons by greeting, directing and assisting them when asked. Helps control traffic to ensure that we are in compliance with capacity and fire codes. Assist Casino security with ID verification, collection of cover charge and enforcement of Dress Code. This position will be located at the Route 66 Casino.
Under general supervision of the KXX Supervisor performs activities in support of the Beverage Service, KXX Night Club and within the casino operations. Cleans and stocks areas around the beverage delivery areas.

Under the supervision of the C-Store Assistant Manager, the incumbent independently performs a variety of duties in the Convenience Store and ensures a safe and efficient operation. This position will be located at the Rt. 66 Travel Center Convenience Store in Rio Puerco.

Supervision under the direction of Custodial Supervisor performs the duties necessary to provide a clean working environment. Perform the overall custodial functions and cleanliness of the casino and related facilities, including heavy cleaning, in accordance with the management directives.

Under general supervision is responsible for the safety and security of personnel, patrons, building facility, grounds and all other property. Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, the incumbent ensures proper implementation of LDC’s accounting policies and procedures for the accurate reporting of periodic financial statements.

Under the direction of the Senior Account Clerk, the Accounting Clerk I will accurately maintain, account for and pay non-payroll obligations of the Company. The clerk will accurately maintain, account for and post receipts of the Company. Duties include data entry, reviewing and processing for payment, purchase orders, invoices, statements, vouchers, etc. for all LDC properties.
Maintain and repair heating and air conditioning systems in the casino; diagnose problems; replace and repair parts.
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent independently performs a variety of maintenance and repair duties on mechanical or electrical equipment, machinery, or structure of establishments to ensure a safe and efficient operation. This position will cover all the LDC establishments.
Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager and Front Desk Supervisor, the Front Desk Clerk personally facilitates the guest service experience at the front desk ensuring efficiency, first class service and accommodations. The Front Desk Clerk welcomes the guests and offers a variety of services to accommodate the guests including, but not limited to, check in and check out, posting charges, and guest account maintenance. The Front Desk Clerk works to achieve exceptional guest service as the minimum standard. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Laguna Development’s policies and procedures, internal controls and objectives.
Under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager and Leads, the Housekeeper is responsible for achieving and maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness in the hotel guest rooms and public areas. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cleaning hotel guest rooms and public areas, hotel hallways and storage rooms.
Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager and Bell Captain, the Bell/Valet Attendant is responsible for welcoming the guests and offers a wide variety of services to accommodate the guests including, but not limited to, providing guest information, valet parking and luggage transfer services while ensuring efficiency, first class service and accommodations. The Bell/Valet Attendant works to achieve exceptional guest service as the minimum standard. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Laguna Development’s policies and procedures, internal controls and objectives.
While performing the duties of most of these positions, employees are regularly required to stand for long periods of time on their feet, walk, use hands, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. These positions also require exposure to second hand smoke, dust or fumes, and illness such as influenza, dust, odors and elevated noise levels. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Adequate vision is required on most positions. Employees must be able to work flexible or odd hour work schedules, including evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
